HOW TO USE IT
Getting started with Focus
- Choose a task or start a free session, then write and save a checkpoint.
- Mark Done, Continue, or Interrupted after a session. Stopping early does not count as a full session.
- Resume with your saved checkpoint. Reviewed sessions show the hours when you tend to finish your work.
